6-30pm All Leaders, Scout Groups and Explorers Muster at St Trinity Church Car Park Fareham in Full Dress Uniform (No Jeans or Trainers Please) Decorations to be worn please. All Group Section Standards to be carried.
6-45pm Parade Marshall brings the “Parade to the Alert” in Columns of three – Carry Standards. Groups under guidance of their Leaders.
6-50pm Parade Marshall Orders “Parade to move off” in Order of March to Fareham Precinct. Please Note there is a Saluting Base at the Museum and the Group Instruction will be EYES RIGHT. Mark Hoban is taking the Salute Supported by Julie Lawley.
7pm Parade arrives at Bandstand Groups fall in around bandstand in your Groups as Instructed by Parade Marshall.
