Fareham East District Scouts

Dear All,

On behalf of Michael Nobes, Chair of Fareham East District Executive, you are invited to the Annual General Meeting of Fareham East District Scout Council, to be held at The Parish hall, Holy Trinity Church, West Street Fareham on Monday 18th May 2009, 7.45 for 8pm, in the company of the Mayor of Fareham, Councillor Mrs Ruth Godrich.

Nominations will be invited at the meeting for the positions of District Secretary and District Treasurer. As you will be aware Peter Moody wishes to stand down as Secretary, therefore if anyone would like to be considered for this positions, nominations will be welcomed.

After the formal business of the evening, which will last approximately 30 minutes, there will be a short presentation and then refreshments prepared and served by the District Scout Fellowship.
